Grapefruit Fizz

To make this sipper a colorful, two-toned drink--drizzle it with grenadine syrup and serve it unstirred.

3/4 cup frozen Florida grapefruit  juice concentrate, thawed
1 1-liter bottle carbonated water or tonic water, chilled
Grenadine syrup (optional)

Pour thawed grapefruit juice concentrate into a pitcher.   Gently stir in the chilled carbonated water.  If desired, add grenadine syrup to each glass.  Serve at once.

Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.
