Orange-Spice Tea

Trying to cut down on caffeine?  Enjoy this hot drink as a morning energizer or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

      2 cups water
      3 inches stick cinnamon, broken
      6 whole cloves
      2 tea bags
      1 cup Florida orange juice
      1 tablespoon brown sugar

In a medium saucepan combine water, cinnamon, and cloves.   Bring to boiling; remove from heat.  Add tea bags and let stand for 5 minutes.   Remove tea bags.

Stir in the orange juice and brown sugar.  Heat through.  To serve, pour mixture through a wire strainer into mugs. 

Makes 4 (about 6-ounce) servings.
