Tropical Slush

Florida grapefruit juice and the sweet coconut flavor of pina colada concentrate add a fabulous touch to this icy drink.

3/4 cup frozen Florida grapefruit  juice concentrate
1/2 cup frozen pina colada mix concentrate
1 large banana, cut up
1 cup lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
3 cups ice cubes

In a blender container combine grapefruit juice and pina colada mix concentrates, banana, and carbonated beverage.  Cover and blend until combined.  Gradually add ice through opening in lid and blend until mixture is slushy.  Serve immediately.  If desired, garnish with Florida grapefruit wedges, grapefruit peel curls, and edible flowers.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
